Each year, an election is held at the center to choose five leaders among our residents in the following areas: general, hygiene, discipline, education and hospitality.
All residents vote to select the five girls who have demonstrated strong abilities in their respective fields. These new representatives will have to act as role models for their sisters throughout the year.
Tamara (daughter of board member Tania Segu) and her friend Elaine were lucky enough to attend this annual ceremony, which serves to value and empower our girls.
